CEVAC, quality throughout

We have achieved what seemed impossible: to supervise and control, without leaving La Finca, all of the details affecting the quality of the meat, from the birth of the animals to the packaging of the products. To carry this out we have created CEVAC, the Centre for the Transformation of Quality Cattle in La Finca, some modern installations which have made us the first farmers to close the circle achieving total integration. The packaging is done in the “White Room”, where, in order to innovate the presentation and format and adapt ourselves to ever more demanding customers, we have the most recent technology. Moreover, we have implemented a revolutionary traceability system which allows us to know, from one batch of meat, the origin, diet, analysis… of the corresponding animal, so that we can improve results in each production.
